This is a gentle naked vinyasa yoga practice. The focus is to prevent and treat the modern epidemic of joint pain. This gentle and low-impact practice will promotes circulation, strengthens the muscles around the joints, increases flexibility, and help improves bone health. We will move from pose to pose naked developing a profound relationship with our body. When we are naked we really can’t hide or avoid our bodies. So many times we are terrified of our own bodies and how it looks or even how our yoga practice looks to others. So many times we get lost and just see the flaws in ourselves and others. In this practice we’re going to learn to let go and except ourselves and others as we are. Love ourselves and others as we are.
